Fill out an inquiry form detailing your vision for a custom wedding suite. Once submitted, we will use the form to create a custom quote.

Communication, as they say, is key. To make
sure we’re on the same page, we’ll correspond
by email, on the phone, via conference call
or in person. We’ll resolve any queries,
finalize ideas and discuss a timeline. A 50%
retainer and signed contract is required at this point.

This is where your vision truly starts coming to life. We start working on your custom design from the moment your retainer is received. Then, depending on the complexity of your design, we’ll send you first drafts in 2-3 weeks.

Once you’ve had a chance to look through your first draft, we make adjustments to them based on any feedback. We then send you a final digital proof of your invitation for your approval. You are allowed two rounds of revisions after your initial proof is sent. Any additional rounds are an extra fee.

With the designs finalized, production can begin as soon as we receive the remaining payment. We order your supplies and start the printing process. From start to finish, this stage takes 6-7 weeks.

With printing complete, we offer digital calligraphy to address your envelopes, or can arrange for an experienced calligrapher to address them by hand. We also offer invitation assembly.

We base our pricing on the desired quantity, materials and printing method, as well as the
overall complexity of the design. Due to the nature of our bespoke design and printing process, our custom pricing starts at $3,500. Couples who choose fully custom wedding invitations and stationery generally invest anywhere from $4,000 to $9,000+. If this does not fall under your budget, you can always head over to our semi-custom wedding stationery for a more budget-friendly option.
