The upfront cost of creating a design narrative for your brand allows you to increase your pricing, allowing you to quickly earn back your investment. We promise to make this investment worthwhile.
Over the years we’ve honed down our skills, and have always found that focusing on the strongest design concept has always worked in our client’s benefit. We always explore different initial design concepts, but always narrow it down to the most attuned design that speaks to our client’s brand message. Once presented with the concept, we offer two rounds of revisions, which allows us to discuss growth opportunities on how to strengthen the final outcome.
Most branding packages take between 6-8 weeks dependent on the scope of work that is required, and if the client responds with feedback in a timely manner.
We only offer full branding packages (not individual logos) to keep everything as cohesive as possible. We consider branding the full narrative of your business’s story; the logo is only the headline, which is why we only offer the full brand story experience for our clients.
Yes, we do! We understand that branding is a big investment for your business, and we try to make things as simple as possible for our clients. We tend to break things down into 2-3 payments depending on the scope of the project. However, we are happy to discuss options that work best within your budget. Side note: no final files will be sent until full payment has been received.

Custom invitations vary dependent on the complexity of the design and production. It's always advisable to book your slot with us as soon as you have an idea of when you're celebrating your wedding, since we only take on a limited amount of custom wedding invitations per year. We recommend booking with us at least 6-8 months in advance.
Yes, we do! In the contact form please let us know everything you are interested in.
Invitations are one per household, so account for 60-75% of your guest list. We also recommend you order an additional 5-10 extras for the photographer, keepsake, last minute additional guests, etc...
Sorry, we do not offer this option. We take great pride in our designs, and prefer to seek them through till the final production stage. This way we can make sure they come to life exactly how we envisioned it.
Yes, of course! You must make sure your final copy is exactly how you want it, since we are not responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors once the final design is approved.
We are happy to take inspiration from what you've seen online, but we legally and morally cannot and will not take another designer's work as our own.
We include 2 rounds of revisions per order; anything over that will be an additional $75.
Although we pride ourselves in the art of letterpress (embossing is included), we also offer hot foil stamping and digital printing. We also work with other vendors for other printing techniques if the project scope requires it.
We require a 50% retainer fee when you book with us to hold your spot on the calendar. The remaining of the payment will be due before the design goes into production.
Definitely! We ship all of our international orders with DHL express. The shipping cost is calculated once the order is packed and weighed.
